For as long as I can remember, I have always loved to create. I owe this to my mom. I don't ever remember a family trip (only camping) when she didn't take her sewing machine. It has even gone to Tennessee! She was always working on some type of project. Whether it be sewing, plastic canvas, or crosstich. It wasn't until just a few years ago that I was able to repay the favor and teach her how to create scrapbook pages and other paper crafting items. Now we are both on the search for new and creative ideas to show each other. So, thank you mom for instilling this love for creating. Enjoy a few pictures of things that I have made recently.
Pic #1: a fun garbage can I made for my scrap room. Pic #2: a card and matching gift bag for my niece's Dora/Snow Fairy themed birthday party. Pic #3: a company sign for my car. Pic #4: sampling of cards I came up with for our Enrichment Craft group. Pic #5: A framed poem I made for a Super Saturday project. Pic #6: A countdown for my son so he doesn't wake up every morning asking if he can go on the bus today. Pic #7: a goodbye/thank you for my hubby's previous job. He requested that I make them very simple-I did his version of simple, not mine ;}
